I tried to re-enable gpgol.dll by by going through the steps & checking the box  but it wouldn't enable.  Now I can't decrypt my homework and it is overdue.  Help appreciated. 

Were they any messages about why it can't be enabled or why it was disabled to begin with? If you close outlook and restart it using Run as Administrator, can you enable it?

I'm not having any luck finding a way to start it as an Administrator. I assume it crashed & disabled it but I don't know that for certain.   When I do Com Add-ins, Check the box for gpgol.dll and click ok it doesn't stay.  Even after I restart Outlook or reboot it doesn't fix it. 

Close outlook. Hold ctrl & shift and right click on the outlook shortcut you use to open it - run as administrator will be one of the options.  

Thank you. When it opened it put up a disabled add-in option that let me enable it, so my problem is solved.   

could you tell me how to enable gpgol.dll in outlook2013? I installed OpenPGP but it's not showing up in outlook2913 at all. Kindly any help is very much appreciated.
